Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Keep This Day. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to them. We’ve kept them readable.

Using the service

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
• Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.
• Hosts are responsible for their event and for moderating content guests contribute.

Your content

You and your guests keep ownership of the photos, messages and other content you add. You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, showing the live feed and generating your album).

Acceptable use

Don’t upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or violates others’ privacy. We may remove content or suspend access that breaches these terms.

Pricing & pre-launch

Keep This Day is launching in July 2026. Plans and pricing shown on the site are indicative and may change before launch. Joining the waitlist does not create a payment obligation.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Always keep your own backups of irreplaceable media.
