Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Keep This Day. By creating a wedding space, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to them. We’ve kept them readable.

Using the service

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
• Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.
• Hosts are responsible for their event and for moderating content guests contribute.

Your content

You and your guests keep ownership of the photos, messages and other content you add. You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, showing the live feed and generating your album).

AI assistants

If you connect an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to your account, you choose what it may do and you stay responsible for what it creates or changes on your wedding websites. Review what an assistant writes before you publish it or tell it to publish. Only add guests that you have a reason to invite, and only share their details with an assistant if you are allowed to. Only give an assistant a cover photo you have the right to use. An assistant can create and edit websites and publish one when you tell it to, but payments and deleting stay with you in your dashboard. We may limit or block a connection that is abused, and you can disconnect at any time. Assistants are third-party services with their own terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or violates others’ privacy. We may remove content or suspend access that breaches these terms.

Payment, publishing & access

Publishing your wedding website, RSVPs, guest list, invitations and find-your-seat are free. The day-of features (“The day itself”) require a one-time payment per wedding at the price and currency shown in checkout. Your purchase covers one wedding space, all available templates and features, up to 1,000 guests and 10,000 photos, 90 days of uploads and one year of gallery access from your wedding date (or purchase date if the wedding has already passed). There is no automatic renewal. Regional prices may differ. Your confirmed purchase price does not change later.

Refunds & saving your memories

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and your event has not taken place, email us to request a refund. If a technical problem prevents use of the service, contact us so we can help or arrange an appropriate refund. This does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. Download your content before the gallery window ends; we do not promise indefinite hosting. Hiding content removes it from guest views but allows hosts to restore it.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Always keep your own backups of irreplaceable media.
