Keep This Day (“we”, “us”) helps couples and their guests capture and keep wedding memories. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

Information we collect

• Waitlist details: if you join our waitlist, we store your email address and, optionally, your wedding date.
• Event content: when you use the app, the photos, captions, drawings, voice notes and messages that you or your guests add to an event.
• Basic account/event info: names, event date and venue you choose to add.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (page views and performance) to improve the product. We don’t sell this.

How we use it

• To run the live event experience and deliver your keepsake album.
• To email you about your waitlist spot, launch, and your event.
• To keep the service secure and improve it over time.

How it’s stored

Data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, Cloudflare R2 for media, and Vercel for hosting and analytics). Access is restricted and traffic is encrypted in transit.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. Event content is visible to people with your event link, by design. We share data with the infrastructure providers above only as needed to run the service.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any message.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
• Hosts can hide or remove guest content from their event.
