Email hello@keepthisday.com. A person reads every message, and we usually reply within one working day. Please include the address of your wedding website (the part after keepthisday.com/e/) so we can find it quickly.

Connecting ChatGPT or Claude

• Setup steps and example requests are on the AI setup page. The connector address is https://keepthisday.com/mcp.
• If the sign-in step does not finish, close it and start the connection again from your assistant. The link is only valid for a few minutes.
• To remove access, disconnect Keep This Day in your assistant’s settings. Email us if you would also like the connection removed on our side.
• An assistant can create and edit your website, set the cover photo and add guests. It publishes only when you tell it to, and you can also publish from your dashboard at keepthisday.com/host. It cannot delete weddings, remove guests, message guests or take payments.

To correct or delete anything, including guest details, email us. How we handle data is in the privacy policy, including the section on AI assistants.
